Our client, a Canadian financial services provider offering service and support for businesses throughout the country, engaged KeyData Cyber to help them transform their IAM program, which included migration from Janrain to ForgeRock (now Ping) and the implementation of SailPoint for IGA. This complex undertaking required a strategic approach to ensure a seamless transition for both customers and employees, with minimal downtime and disruption.

Solution Architecture and Design: Designed and implemented a secure, modern architecture based on ForgeRock Access Manager, Directory Server, Identity Manager, and Identity Gateway. 

Janrain to ForgeRock Migration:Ensured seamless, secure migration of Janrain users to the Directory Server via IDM CSV connectors. 

Custom APIs and Connectors for Integration:Facilitated Mulesoft API integration with 5 out-of-the-box and 4 custom APIs. 

Access Management Workflows with Integrated MFA: Enhanced security with Multi-Factor Authentication and simplified access and password management. 

SailPoint Identity Governance & Administration:Implemented SailPoint IGA to improve the Joiner, Mover, Leaver process for employees and contingent workers.
