Based in 67 countries from the Asia-Pacific Region to the Americas, our client, a global investment firm, implemented the Saviynt solution for two EMEA countries and was looking to extend the Saviynt infrastructure as an enterprise IGA solution to keep pace with current digital business demands for rapid and streamlined user onboarding and offboarding while ensuring segregation across regions. This client also identified Workday and SAP SuccessFactors as key authoritative/trusted sources for employees and non-employees.
Solution
Solution Design & Global Implementation: We established validated requirements, engineered a detailed and scalable architecture, reviewed their existing EMEA Saviynt deployment, and implemented a globalized setup for consistent identity governance.
Seamless Integration & Workflow Automation: We executed robust integrations with key authentication sources (AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow) and automated joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle workflows for birthright entitlements, enhancing efficiency and security.
Centralized Identity Management & Validation: We built a centralized identity and entitlement warehouse and rigorously validated end-to-end workflows through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing, ensuring seamless operation.
Successful Deployment & Ongoing Support: We meticulously deployed the new Saviynt solution, provided post-production support, and ensured a smooth handover to our Managed Services team for ongoing support, service evolution, and continuous application and user onboarding.
