KeyData Cyber Announces the Promotion of Shurouq Hijazi to Managing Director
Toronto, ON, March 18th, 2025 – KeyData Cyber is proud to announce the promotion of Shurouq Hijazi to Managing Director. In her new role, Shurouq will continue to drive strategic growth, enhance KeyData Cyber’s cybersecurity and identity governance offerings, and lead high-impact initiatives that help organizations strengthen their security posture.
Shurouq has been an integral part of KeyData Cyber for the past 4+ years, previously serving as Director of Cybersecurity. With extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) consulting, she has advised organizations across industries on designing long-term security strategies and implementing sustainable roadmaps. Her leadership in security transformation spans from assessment and architecture design to implementation and managed services, ensuring organizations effectively mitigate cyber risks while meeting compliance and operational objectives.
Prior to joining KeyData Cyber, Shurouq held key roles at Deloitte and EY, where she advised on various Cybersecurity domains for enterprise clients in the United States and Canada. Her expertise includes Cyber Risk Assessment and Strategy Development, Policy Design, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Data Protection, and Privacy.
As she steps into her new role as Managing Director, Shurouq remains committed to driving KeyData Cyber’s mission forward — helping clients navigate complex cybersecurity challenges with expertise, innovation, and execution excellence. Her leadership will be instrumental in expanding the firm’s IAM, PAM, and CIAM service offerings while strengthening relationships with clients and technology partners.
